Who are the Dorset Yachts ?

They are a band from Tyneside. Let me tell you a little about them.

Well , lets see. They make a lot of noise when I'm trying to sleep. Sometimes I play and record with them.

They have recently recorded two new tracks " A New Oasis " and "The Turrett Song " both of which will be released this Spring.

Described as "The Scottish Polis Inspectors on Valium" by one local wag , they have generated a great deal of interest in NE6.
